    • Maintain records of manufacturing personnel training to ensure consistent knowledge to all manufacturing personnel. This process includes communication to team members of skill level requirements, monitoring status of established curriculum, reporting and monitoring of training metrics, and working with the quality department to evaluate innovative ways to bring new training methods/technology to meet training needs.
